Since mid-2007, the IPN has been retained as a data breach solution by the states of Ohio and Connecticut, as well as numerous cities, counties, universities, and businesses around the country.

Integrating the IPN into your Incident Response Plan eliminates the pressure of researching products, negotiating prices, and determining the logistics of implementing a remediation plan in the midst of the crisis environment that inevitably follows a data breach. Program Features for Enrollees in the IPN:

  • Place and renew fraud alerts on behalf of Enrollees every 90 days with each of the major credit bureaus (i.e., Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)
  • Provide authorization calls and alert emails to Enrollees whenever credit is requested through the Network using an Enrollees’ identity giving them the ability to approve or reject credit requests from their phones
  • The option of adding Affected Individuals’ phone numbers to the National “Do Not Call” Registry
  • Identity Protection Insurance from American International Group (AIG), not to exceed $25,000 per incident*
  • Excess Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement up to $1,000,000 pursuant to LoudSiren’s Service Guarantee*
  • Once fraud alerts are set, Enrollees will be removed from lists for pre-approved credit card offers (a major source of identity theft) and will be offered free credit reports from each of the three major credit bureaus
