What happens when someone tries to get credit using my identity?

If someone applies for credit using your identity and the creditor attempts to clear your fraud alert by calling your LoudSiren Safe Phone Number, you will hear your Voice Key played back to you at the beginning of the call so you will know the call is from LoudSiren. To reject the credit request, press the “*” key on your phone. If for some reason you do not press anything or press any other key on your phone, the account will not be opened. However, the creditor may try again to get your approval to open the account since they will not be notified that you have rejected the account. You can call LoudSiren at 1-888-40-SIREN at any time to approve or deny all pending credit requests.
