How LoudSiren Works
After you enroll, LoudSiren files your fraud alerts using a unique phone number that has been assigned only to you.
This is called your LoudSiren Safe Phone Number. When a request for credit is made in your name, the creditor
will contact LoudSiren using this unique phone number, or, in some cases, use other or additional methods to confirm
your identity. LoudSiren will automate the credit request and pass it on to you at up to three phone numbers that you
provide to LoudSiren during enrollment. We will also send you an email alert that a new credit request is pending.
When you receive an automated call from LoudSiren, you should hear three things: a short message from LoudSiren, your prerecorded
Voice Key
to authenticate the call, and the creditor's request for credit approval. You will then enter your PIN number and approve or deny the request right from your phone.
What makes LoudSiren's system better?
- We speed the process of approving or denying credit requests since you won't have to play “phone tag” with creditors.
- We file your LoudSiren Safe Phone Number in your credit file which keeps your personal phone numbers private.
- Should a dispute arise with a creditor, we can produce a record of credit requests and your approval or denial of the requests.
- During the credit approval process, you have the option of reporting a fraudulent credit request directly to law enforcement with the push of a button.
We look forward to having you as a customer. Click here if you have questions about the enrollment process.
