Bo Holland, Founder and CEO of DEBIX

Bo Holland is a start-up veteran who has been delivering innovative technology solutions to financial institutions for over fifteen years. In 2004, Holland founded Debix and currently serves as CEO.

Holland was previously founder and CEO of Works, Inc., which was acquired by Bank of America in 2005. Works develops commercial payment solutions for large organizations and distributes the product via Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Sun Trust and Commerce Bank. Holland invented the patent-pending technology that enables large organizations to approve and control payments for operating expenses via credit cards.

Prior to Works, Holland served as Director of Product and Marketing for Pervasive Software (NASDAQ: PVSW), and was instrumental in turning the company around and taking it public in September 1997. Prior to Pervasive, Holland joined Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) as employee 32 and was instrumental in developing the product strategy and distribution that laid the foundation for the company revenue growth to over $750 million in 2004.


Bill Bryant, Esq.

Bill Bryant brings over 30 years of legal experience to LoudSiren. As the former head of the Economic Crimes Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General, his hands-on knowledge of financial security issues is a tremendous asset to the LoudSiren team.

Bryant has held positions at the United States Department of Justice, worked as Special Counsel to the Governor of Florida, and held various positions within the Florida Office of the Attorney General including the position of Chief Deputy Attorney General.

He is currently a Director of the American Arbitration Association and has taught law at Florida State University as an adjunct professor and conducted workshops for lawyers with Professor Roger Fisher at the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School.


Julie Fergerson, Vice President of Emerging Technologies of DEBIX

Julie Fergerson is considered one of the industry's foremost experts on Internet fraud with over twenty-five years of Internet experience. As Vice President of Emerging Technologies for Debix, Fergerson is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and innovative applications of Debix' patent-pending technologies. She also serves as a board member for the Merchant Risk Council (MRC).

Fergerson worked to create the MRC, served on the board since its inception, and served as Co-Chairman for four years. The MRC consists of 7,500 members who share the goal of protecting and encouraging online commerce by establishing best practices for cyber-fraud prevention. The MRC works with federal and local law enforcement agencies such as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), Federal Bureau of Investigation, Secret Service, the U.S Department of Justice, and the U.S. Postal Inspectors to help catch and prosecute cyber criminals.

In 1995, Fergerson co-founded ClearCommerce Corporation, an Internet payment and fraud prevention company. ClearCommerce was acquired by eFunds in January 2005. While at eFunds, Julie was responsible for identifying new markets, developing patent pending solutions and trends for growth opportunities of eFunds solutions in the retail industry. Prior to ClearCommerce, she spent six years at IBM holding various management and technical positions.


Trent McDaniel, President of Quickpath Consulting

Trent McDaniel is considered one of the industry leaders in Customer Relationship Management and related IT security issues. Trent spent 15 years as a Solution Architect specializing in CRM and Data Warehousing Systems and has extensive experience in database marketing, analytical and reporting application design, data modeling, data assessment, and requirement gathering and refinement. His experience with the data security aspects of these businesses has been utilized by numerous Fortune 1000 companies including such companies as AutoTrader.com, H & R Block, Gartner and ING.
